Yes. Public Relations firms maybe submit on behalf of the IoT or any transformative company.

Yes. Each application requires a separate entry form and entry fee. Companies must submit a unique product, service, or platform for each submission.

The 2021 entry fee is $725.00. The entry fee is not refundable. The payment/approval form includes all required information for the committee to complete the application process including bench marketing, credibility, processing, and assessment for the competition based on all the entries and to access and properly yield all networking opportunities.

Connected World is looking for the most transformative innovations to the hit the market such as a product that can solve a problem, make life easier for users, or helps to provide greater security.

We are looking for a short description of the IoT Innovation, what makes the technology unique, what type of solution the product is, how you worked with others on your innovation, subscription service or pricing structure, and your top competitors.

For each IoT Innovations Awards application, judges read the responses and review them. Entries are rated on a scale of 1-10.

We do not allow applicants to have direct contact with the judges during the judging process.

Entries are judged by Connected World’s editorial advisory board.

Connected World can publish articles, award descriptions, or other information regarding the submitted entry. This material is based on the award submission. We recommend you do not submit material that is not for publication.

Please provide photos or graphics to accompany any published articles at the time of submission. All materials must be included at time of entry.

Each of the entries are evaluated based on a number of criteria including creativity of innovation, market competition, partners, go-to market strategy, price point, uniqueness, market need, addresses a painpoint, forethought of market needs, and much more.

The Awards Coordinator will contact the person(s) named in the application by either phone or email. It is extremely important that each nominee provides email addresses that will accept email from Connected World.

Connected World will issue a press release, as well as publish award descriptions, and, in some cases write an article on the winner(s).

Yes. All winners and tech innovators are encouraged to send out a press release following the official announcement by Connected World. Please make sure that Connected World is given the opportunity to approve press releases containing information and/or quotes pertaining to and coming from Connected World and its awards program.
