The Women of Technology/IoT list is comprised of some of the most powerful tech community (originating in the WoM2M) and representing many of the most innovative companies in the world. These women were selected because they each brought a unique lens to their respective companies that has helped push connected technologies forward.

 All women involved in digital transformation in IoT, AI, machine learning, blockchain, big data, or cybersecurity or any emerging technology.

The 2021 nomination deadline is April 14, 2021.

Yes. Public Relations firms may aid in the submission.

Yes. You can nominate more than one woman.
Please note, past winners are not eligible to win again.

There is no entry fee associated with the awards.

Women are chosen based on involvement with technology, how she has helped the company grow and progress, how she has contributed to the growth of technology in the industry, and how she has mentored other women and goes above and beyond to support other women in business, technology, or her local community.

Connected World can publish articles, award descriptions, or other information highlighting the winners. This material is based on the award submission and research conducted by the editors. We recommend you do not submit material that is not for publication, unless noted.

Past Women of Technology/IoT Award winners and the editors of Connected World evaluate the entries. Each judge evaluates each nomination, and the panel will determine the winners based on established criteria of the judging panel.

Connected World will contact the person(s) named in the entry by either phone or email. Each entrant is asked to provide individual email addresses and phone numbers to make direct contact.

Connected World will issue a press release, publish an article announcing the winners, and post the individual names on its Website. In addition, each of the current year’s winners, along with past winners, are invited to a dinner celebrating the new women selected for the coming year’s list.

Yes. All winners are encouraged to send out a press release as the winners are announced. Connected World will provide quotes to a winner for use in their press releases, if requested and if available. Connected World requires approval of all press releases containing information and/or quotes pertaining to and/or promotion about its awards program.
