These numbers are according to the Wolters Kluwer Future Ready Healthcare Survey Report, which surveyed healthcare professionals—but the truth is the findings here likely apply to most industries.
The benefits are clear: 80% of respondents cited “optimizing workflows” as a top organizational goal.
But the approach leaves a bit to be desired, with few having policies and only a handful having training.
